I have been buying cakes from Walton very often during the pandemic lockdown. Today 16/6/2022 - Friday. I went in to buy a cake - going to my friend's lunch. I was surprised to be served by a wonderful lady. Super great, helpful, friendly customer's service. Sadly, I was in the hurry, I forgotten to ask for her name. I hope in future, this Walton cake shop will continue with great customer's service. Highly recommended fir their fresh, lovely & delicious cakes. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great place for cakes and many more had lunch there a nice panini with coffee, service was great had a selection of traditional greek savory cake the gentleman serving me took the time to explain the different types and check any dietary allergies which was exceptional. We always get our family birthday cakes from here never been disappointed. And for all you chocolate love the chocolatina cake is a must! Give it a go and trust me you will be walking out smiling

We buying cakes here for the last 7 years. The standards started to drop around 3 years ago. Pistachio cake is not the same, oreo is different too. (no in the good way). Our only decent option was the fruit tart and fruit cake. We want quality and taste, not just sweetness. Boss lady birthday, I was there 9am to pick up a "fresh fruit" cake. 15 minutes drive, back to the fridge. Opened same day, 4pm. There was a sticky liquid under it, and had a funny old fruit like smell. When we cut it the middle was soaked, and the kiwi and strawberry was fizzy. We took it back next morning, they said every cake is freshly made. THIS IS NOT TRUE, as I bought plenty of frozen cakes before. They took it back and said nothing wrong with it. Wow. So the fizzy fruits are the new standard? Treat old returning costumers like id!ots? This place just changed. Not what it used to be. Cost more, and just sweetness no taste or expired. If you just want overwhelming sweetness go ahead (most of the buyers I can imagine). If you want taste and quality, look somewhere else. We are disappointed and not returning. Our neighbour said the same earlier, she was disappointed too and she is Greek like the place...

Eventhough they had a variety of beautiful cakes of different sizes on display and it smells amazing too I did find the cakes very pricey. This is my personal opinion as I'm on a budget but it would of been nice to get my son a nice birthday cake on a budget. So the 3 star rating is only because of prices, absolutely nothing else as I'm sure they taste as good as it looks.

I have been a customer here for many years. I purchased some semolina cakes for Christmas and found that they tasted strongly of plastic. Nobody would eat them so I took them back. I was given a refund but before this I was told that that’s how the cakes are supposed to taste, and when I asked if they actually tasted it I was told that they didn’t need to, which to me came across as very arrogant/elitist as though they are incapable of making mistakes and that it was me who was wrong but would give a refund out of courtesy. I am a returning customer of many years and I have had these cakes made by many family members but was treated as if I had no clue what I was talking about which threw me off as their customer service was always very good. I was reimbursed but the standards have dropped, a lot of what they make is still tasty but it’s inconsistent and expensive.

Absolutely great place to savour a delicious cake or pastry. It you want to go out with one of your friends or family members, don't wait for too long, and just come here in, and taste some of their wide array of desserts. My family highly recommend this place.

Top-quality desserts!! Reasonable prices and the staff is super friendly and helpful! I ordered a personalised cake twice from them and the service was amazing! Highly recommend!
