We had an amazing time at this place. The food was amazing especially the home made soup and we received a great service overall. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back in our next trip.

This is a great place if you are looking for good food and friendly service. The garden is a space of peace and tranquility in the centre of town. The cakes and indeed the food in general is all great. Love to go here and hope to be visiting for many years to come.

Great little cafe with lovely staff. Enough to choose from on the menu and good sized portions. My friend had a chicken salad and I had scrambled egg on toast. Really tasty.

Popped in to use the toilet as I am 38.5 weeks pregnant to be told by a young girl with a ponytail and glasses "No" ... I asked again and mentioned I am heavily pregnant although she could see that as I was wearing a dress and was again told no. I felt publicly humiliated and couldn't believe it. I couldn't believe how inconsiderate the girl was. I hope she soon gets a better understanding towards the needs of pregnant women who will need to use toilet facilities more frequently, especially in the latter stages of pregnancy. absolutely disgraceful!!!!!! Luckily enough the lovely lady at Costa let me use the toilet!

This is a very clean coffee shop and restaurant with seating inside, outside in the High Street pedestrian area, and also in the garden at the back.
They have home made cake to have with your coffee, and they also serve hot meals.
The staff are very efficient and friendly.

Had quite a disappointing experience overall, from initial front end service when asking about dairy free milk alternatives and finding out they only provide soya milk, when there are so many other types out there now like oat milk which is so much nicer and doesn't have that horrible aftertaste like soya does! The person I spoke to gave the impression that they didn't care either way and was quite frosty and stern looking with me! But I was only asking and giving my opinion, My ham tomatoe and cheese toasty that I ordered was nothing special as it had that cheap thin plastic ham as I call it rather than a nicer quality one! The server who brought out the food was very nice and friendly which was very appreciated, thankyou x

Really disappointed. This used to be my favourite cafe to have a cooked breakfast in Gosport but sadly i will not return. It appears under new ownership and staff don't appear to be getting on well together. Also I think the chef has now changed as the quality of the breakfast isnt good. The presentation was sloppy with the bacon, sausage and eggs undercooked (edible but no colour) with cold under crooked toast. My mug hadn't been washed properly and had a funny raw egg smell to it. Sadly will not be returning.

I always enjoy popping in here, just for coffee or tea and cake, there is a great selection of the latter. They usually have the deal for the day , a soup, or an assortment of sandwiches , panini , wraps etc. Also baked potatoes. Certainly a variety from which to choose.
Efficient service and reasonable prices. In warmer weather & even now some people sit outside in the front and in the summer it is great to be able to sit out in the rear where there is the option of sitting undercover
I have almost hesitated in giving this review because this place has become so popular, but it is well worth a review!
