Really bad attitude , i went in the shop in Corby to buy a ring for my wife and the attitude of the manager was really bad, she didn't listen to my needs as a customer and I had to wait because she left me by myself and she starts talking in another language with her colleague, just because I couldn't decide what ring to buy . So I decided to leave and go somewhere else to buy a nice ring for her .

Horrible shop , horrible manager hire someone that actual speaks proper english ......... I won't recommend this shop .

First visit to cash a cheque and a young lady greeted me at the door, very polite and attentive. Was then assisted by another lady behind the counter who provided a very efficient and swift service and explained all the processes. Will definitley use again should the need arise but will recommend to others.

I went to buy a ring for my wife and the employee is Romanian and she told me that I am not allowed in the store because I behave like a Romanian for no reason and I said that I want to complain to the manager and she told me to leave because he will call the police, I told him to call ... he reproached me that the complaints are made on the site, it does not seem normal to me to chase customers
