my wife bought some new earrings the receipt said 9ct gold have just been told no hallmark and are worthless no wonder staff could not find a stock number for said item.

Fake would never go back to this store again brought a 41 gram gold chain had it tested once I moved abroad because it started to discolour was 4 places rested the necklace all said it was fake I had to fly back to the UK to get a refund. There was no explanation given how many people have this shop done this to that haven't had there jewellery looked at by another place very poor
