I've sold off various bits of gold and silver jewellery at H&T Romford store and have always been pleased with the polite and professional service. I have always felt confident in the price I've been offered and would recommend them. For a first visit remember to bring some official proof of name and address for their records.

Went it this shop in romford to sell some gold the staff (Daisy, Tony, and joahana) where totally amazing customer services was also amazing excellent price recieved for old gold even daisy had a great voice has she was singing although the transaction. Polite male member of staff took my item to be checked and said he would contact me within half hour by phone which he never did!!
Returned to shop after 1hr to receive unprofessional conduct by woman staff members!!
Unhappy with service given by staff.wouldn’t return back there !!
