I would not sell here, as a Reseller myself I have been here many times, just wanted to have some potential silver tested already being aware that it was potentially not silver and was just laughed at. Completely unprofessional as well as being locked out for not having a face mask when another staff member let me come in on the 4th because I am exempt. Avoid.

very strange.. won't give a price per gram on scrap gold over the phone.. id understand if it was for evaluation on a specific peace but every pawn broker has a scrap gold per gram price range.. why make someone travel all the way in to find out a price :-s lol.. guess I'll take my 200 grams to a different shop that doesn't want to make me travel to find out a scrap gold price

I'll reiterate as you do not seem to understand the point of a review.

I rang your shop for a general price you would pay on scrap gold.
your shop refused and spoke to me like an idiot.
Mabe be strait forward with potential customers instead of trying to be condescending and they would travel to your store AND leave a possitive review (although i doubt it because only rats try to hide prices they are offering)

Yes prices fluctuate daily but it is VERY simple to give a customer your daily price on how much your offering per gram on 9/14 etc ct gold.. iv bought and sold gold for years, your shop was just unprofessional so much so i felt the need to leave a bad review! The fact 3 other shops in your area provided a guide price understanding i didnt want to travel unnecessarily speaks for itself!

I had multiple chains worth thousands of £'s scrap value and you wanted me to travel into the city center on a Wim without even a guide price on weight you were offering for that day.(the stock market is never that volatile it would fluxuate to such a degree it would change that much in an hours time if i liked the scrap price per gram offered)... its totally laughable, your just talking out your backside!.. drag the customer in, less chance of them going home with the goods is the general consensus hear!

So yeah, I'm glad I didn't go to your shop, that phone call saved me alot of waisted time and weeded out the snakey shops from the decent ones..

condescending staff never win the customer over.. nor do they get potential customers through the doors.

Always been 1st class customer service bewst in town have used them for 5years won't go any were else

I knew someone who worked here and they told me the staff actually take your items home for using and bring it back the next day also items are stored in a bin
