Friendly staff even made me a coffee when i was waiting for my loan

Lady named Sarah who works in store is the most unpleasant person who was to busy on her phone instead of actually dealing with the customer, I felt badly treated and unwelcome. I guess there is other companies who actually will want to serve me as I was after a Breitling watch for my husbands 50th birthday.

Sarah is brilliant and very kind has always helped me out in the past to which I'm greatful and always tries to give best rates and fairest prices and the rest of staff are also freindly and try and help and you as much as can
