I have been shopping at this store since it was first opened and I have met great people who have worked there and some still are. So, I was very surprised and disappointed at the way I was treated by someone I believe to be the manager. He dismissed me a side as though I was nobody when one of the staff was explaining something to me about an item I was buying. I've decided to write this review because I have promoted (word of mouth) this particular store to people I know who want to buy something t in similar store and I know people who have travelled from nearby towns just like me now to buy goods from this store. But I suppose when you are black you don't get respected or valued by some, no matter what you do for them. I have the item put by for me with a deposit and this will be the first item I've decided to pay for it by installments and now I don't even want to go to this store.

What a lovely shop,the gentlemen went out of his way to help with our gaming needs!Very polite and really friendly,all shops need to have this outlook!! Five plus stars! We will be going to this shop for all gaming needs and much more! The staff are all really nice :)

I got a dean bass and the man and the counter was very nice and about a mounth later i went in and asked him if he has any bass strings and he sayed 'not now but we will have proberbly next time we get a delivery ' and I sayed thank you and he was a very nice man and the customer service was spectacular. Competed to the Outher shops in coalville like cex thay have over priced stuff but flash cash has the right priced goods a pawn shop could sell that is why I gave them 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Gentleman in there was really nice but was offered 30 quid for AirPods 2nd Gen + was told I needed to go home and charge them! Went cex round the corner and sold them for 50 and they charged them there and tested for me. Wouldn’t go here again.

I was late getting my xbox and games, kindle and Wi by to days instead of pulling it they waited and they are the best place in town, got totally respect for fastcash as there understand with your situations and they should of pulled my stuff 2 days ago it wont happen again, but they are 100% best price 👍👌 than other places fast cash place to go 👍
