The worst customer service ! By the way they are not offering western union service. The system is never working! Not helpful at all!

I rate them 5stars,bcos they have very helpful staff with great customer service...Amora ,Fitz and Jasmine of deptford branch staff ,are always ready to help u, and explain details especially when u get a loan.

I've been using. The Deptford branch for many years and have never come across staff that are helpful friendly willing to help regardless of your situation and I do believe that without there support and underlying service I wouldn't have been able to cope with day to day situation. They are more than representative, sales assistant for Harvey and Thompson they are a pilar of the community.

I was really pleased how quick and comfortable I was made to feel they made me feel that I made the right choice using their services credit to the manager who was also lovely and the whole staff team/family spirit

Always Come To Deptford For My FX , Wouldn’t Use Any Other Store , the Girls Are Amazing , always Friendly And have a good laugh with me.

Item priced incorrectly - didn’t recognise the difference in value and spent about an hour talking to me about the watch, only to notice there was an error as I went to pay. Would not recommend.

5* location, Jade help me a lot and was such a fast service ! All the time is my first choice when I need to do an exchange or to buy some jewellery!
