I have been to this branch for few purchases and the staff are just amazing, their service to customers, their attention to details , their hard work to make sure everyone is approached and served.
The staff member who has started serving me was Durmi Ekta but it's very important to acknowledge the whole team and how amazing they make you feel when you are there and how they work to make sure you are satisfied with your purchases and with their service. I will 100% go back and recommend them to everyone I know.

I popped in today and saw Durmi, who
is very attentive and professional. I took some diamond jewellery in that I haven’t worn in years - I was a bit shocked to be offered 160£ for a ring that I paid 3k£ for, but I don’t really know how these things work (I kept it, obviously).

The music is VERY loud and it makes waiting and listening uncomfortable, but
It was a positive experience overall.
