XChange 4 Cash is a very nice store with very friendly and approachable staff. They understand and care for your queries and do the best that they can to help you to find the right product.
It is a very warming place to be and I go in there all the time.
I will definitely be buying from them again soon as they are very reliable in their sales.

Best pawn shop in Northampton, we've loved every purchase and are repeat customers :) Don't listen to the idiots complaining, chances are they just wanted both cakes and to scoff the lot!

Would have given a minus if i could. They cannot test and make a demo before buying,so sales advisors, just guys at counter ready to rip you off! Selling imcomplete set of product! Bought a neewer-700 mic at £ 39.00 which is £ 25 online, still did not bother as needed immediately, went home to see missing parts, came back to shop, telling me they cannot do anything to help, no returns!!! Advise me to buy another part for £49 quick to complete the set i bought! Bunch of cheaters! Close that shop! Illegal business,ripping people off with unprofessional staff!

Best second hand shop in the town, miles better than crack converters. Has some really decent prices too, they're not trying to flog blu rays at the same price as HMV like some second hand shops. Great for musical instruments and accessories, games, retro gear and blu rays.

Fantastic pawn shop, customer service is great, the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The option for short term loans for items is great as it allows you to get the money you need to get by and have the option to not lose your stuff. The prices are always fair and items sell for a great value too.

I bought a fishing rod for 20 pounds telling it's branded one. I just want to return it after couple of weeks because, only pouch is branded not what was inside. And the rod was very old school and doesn't function as well .
When I went to return it I just say ok I doesn't want full refund just refund me 8 pounds. But they said sorry mate. I can't refund you any at least a pound.
So they are not very fair in business. What I recommend is if you want to sell something to them just sell it but don't buy anything from them . Because by any chance if you want to refund it they won't accept even within few weeks.

I had a bad experience with this shop last year on summer time, being to loan my Tommy Hilfiger watch and offer me 12% for his value.
Exactly £25 for a brand new watch which cost me £229 from Amazon. I was OMG, what happened to this guys. I left the shop running away being to another cashXchange on victoria road and there i've received a resonable price £60 so in this way i could manage my problem on that day. Of course i brought my watch back after 3 weeks and paid only £10 extra for the service (£70) .
Hopefully someone is going to learn something from my experience with Xchange4Cash.
My watch is still with me after all this happened so something positive at the end of all😅🤗

I've used this shop for many years but recently I've worked on rebuilding my old gameboy collection. One game I wanted for my collection was an original Pokemon Emerald for the GBA and I was very excited when I found one for £25 as they normally sell for alot more so to me it was a steal! Only to take it home and realise it was a fake. I took it back and complained and got a refund just to find the same game for sale in their desplay a week later again when they've been told its fake. To really salt the wound they've recently upped the price to £60 for a fake game that you can get for £2 on ebay. Do not buy gameboy games from here, goto CEX - they might be a but more expensive but atleast their real.
