I went in today looking for some advice on some jewellery, and was served by a lovely lady called isaac who was more than helpful. Would recommend to anyone who needs to buy or sell.

I went to Woolwich branch today and was blown away with salesman Muhammad Nurul was very friendly and helpful. He was very knowledgeable and because of this I brought two watches, Tag aquarracer and Breitling Colt oceaner. I spent over £1300.

Excellent service, the shop was very clean and tidy, other staff members was very warm and welcoming.

The manager in the store in the square is a racist avoid using that store if u are black or if African decent.

I wouldn’t recommend this place, unless you want poor service and overpriced jewellery stay well clear The manager as well as staff needs at least four months in training and proper customer service

My friend today wanted to sell a pair of earrings that she had previously purchased from this particular shop and she was told that they couldn't buy them because the earrings weren't 100% gold. Confronted with the fact that previously these earrings were purchased exactly there they were speechless. Basically people working on double standards.
Disappointed and never purchasing here again.

Toff really was helpful today and I was impressed by his attitude.
I would definitely return if he was working.
