Fantastic personal service the like you don't often receive these days. They gave my pride and joy a new battery, a full service, pressure test and polish. It looks as good as the day I bought it. I was without it for only a fortnight and that included a week of pressure testing. I cannot recommend this establishment highly enough.

Every time I shop in Heptinstalls, I find the staff incredibly warm, welcoming and highly knowledgable about their goods. They are the most honest jewellers I have ever used, which is why I frequent their store. The reviewer before me gave them just one star, not based on a customer experience, but because they were late for a job interview, so missed out on an opportunity to work for Heptinstalls. I personally feel that the existing staff are so professional, that hiring any lesser calibre of staff would do their clientele a disservice. Good for you Heptinstalls and thank you for providing such great service and exquisite items over the years!

Absolutely brilliant service and fantastic customer care - I have an engagement ring that lost a diamond and the shank had come away from the stone setting plus a wedding band that was too wide and too small. They fixed the engagement ring and it now looks like new and made the wedding band thinner and bigger - absolutely brilliant work and one of the cheapest quotes I received for the work. My other half took my necklace and ring to the store to be repaired that had been left to me from my nan, they laser welded the chain of the necklace together which is such a fine chain and soldered the ring and polished it up absolute amazing job and am so over the moon with it as it has great sentimental value to me!! Can’t recommend them enough!
