Still waiting for a refund after being told it has gone through, it hasn't gone through, it has gone through. No money!
Sat in this shop for 2+ hours for my refund. Stay clear of this shop, they sell faulty items and leave you waiting days, weeks for a refund, only to be met with a disgusting attitude from Sam Wood in head office!

Don't go to these rip off and don't get your jewellery back when promised and now just found out they have sent it to wrong shop and I won't get them back till Friday never use them again
