Had the worst experience at the branch in Uxbridge, was willing to spend over £500 on good I had seen in the window, I asked the ‘lady’ behind the counter if she could pull the item out so I could review it in closer detail, she didn’t want to help and went on to proceed to ask if I was buying it for my boyfriend? I can then asked her what she meant, she just said, ‘ohhhhh, I assumed’ I will then left the store and went to f hinds and spent my money in there. How dare you assume you fool. If customer service can see this, she had a Russian accent and refused to give me her name. Disgusting person!

Today I went to the store and I was welcomed to the store and been served by the Manager he was very polite and friendly I'm very happy customer and definitely will come back.

Had great outcome from shop in Hayes from Ashley. My ring was taken in a robbery and was compensated with a ring that I am over the moon with, just to let people know, if you had items stolen when shop was robbed, not the staffs fault.
