I am never going here again there offers are insults they offered me £10 for a retro 1980s hand held game console Evan tho it was worth £80 to £170 they will try anything to rip you off there just as bad as cex and you always give more money to all the scumbags who just want drug and cigarette money

Cash monkey is a very pleasant shop in Mansfield I went into this shop not long ago though and members of staff were rude towards me and the other 2 people I was with. They told us we had to leave because we were a gang, we were clearly not a gang as there was three of us and all we were doing was looking at a game called ark. This experience has really put me off the shop I hope they can improve this problem.

Cash monkey have always been pleasant and we'll mannered while serving me. Give great customer service and don't come across like robots. Can't recommend enough

Robbing the local economy. With Ps5 they been buying out all the new stock from local retailers like smyths toys and selling them second hand at £200 extra. It's a sham and probably illegal. Don't recommend
