Purchased a RL fragrance few days ago, was told I’d get a free gift, got home couldn’t find my free gift in the bag.
Went back today, spoke to the manager, who was extremely unhelpful and she started making a scene in the store.
I had to leave the store due to the embarrassment caused by the management and staff.
I’ll stick to my local store next time.
P.s if perfume shop HR are reading these reviews, please train your staff in customer service.

Bought a few items in this shop and I must say the staff are excellent and very helpful. Will definitely go again. Well done to all the workers in this shop. You made my day.

I’ve been to other perfume shop branches and have never had an issue… but OMG this store situated in boundary mills has very rude staff, tend to speak in a foreign language so I wouldn’t know what they were saying. Management had a power trip started shouting like a maniac.
Stay away from this cowboy store.
