Perfume great, packaging great, employees helpful and friendly but definitely need a separate place to collect online orders without having to queue which is also a problem as a lot of people push in as there is no order to being served.
Waiting for people to choose a perfume etc takes a long, long time.

I will not recommend perfume shop to anyone. Staff are very rude. And you can't get a refund. 1st and last time I will use this company. They made me very unhappy.

I bought over £100 worth of perfume yesterday. I must say it was one of the worst customer service i have ever experienced. All the staff extremely rude and unhelpful. The manager was the worst. She was awful in her manners and approach. She spoke to me in a horrible way, when i complained about the service i recieved at the store and refused to give me her name, As i said i was going to make a complaint after the atrocious service i recieved. She really should not be allowed to work in a customer service role as she does not know how to treat customers. Avoid this awful branch with awful staff!! I would not even give the branch and staff a 1 star!
