Such rude staff! Apparently no managers on site and I can ‘wait and see’ if my click and collect would be ready before Christmas…..if it wasn’t going to be 2 hours like the site said I would have paid for next day delivery!!

Visited the fragrance shop to buy a gift set for a special birthday coming up. The customer service selina provided was second to none made sure all my requirements were met before offering the best most suitable product. Will be visiting again soon!

Great in the Watford store. Not so in the Uxbridge store. Didn't have the100 mil in Black Prada in Watford. Had to go to Uxbridge to collect. Staff member who served me wasn't engaging at all.
I was spending a lot of money on a birthday gift. Won't be going back to the Uxbridge store
