I have had some seriously unfriendly salespeople at both Le Labo locations I've been to in London recently--stopped by this location last week to pick up Santal, and again this week to try out another. The young man at the desk was SO HELPFUL and incredibly kind, definitely will be back xx

A fantastic boutique perfumery. Great staff who are extraordinarily helpful and scents which will get you compliments wherever you go.

On opening hours shop closed for at least 15 min with a sticky note on the door saying they went for a coffee. I am speechless. Took a photo, going to escalate this with manager. Lost a customer/sale on a Saturday morning!

I ordered online for in store pick up, upon picking up I noticed the customised message was wrongly printed (which was partly my fault as I got confused thinking the recipient name will be printed on bottle label and message will be printed separately on the box or a gift card. Turned out if you enter the optional message it will override the recipient field on the label). The staff at the store reprinted and replaced the labels for me straight away.
And it goes without saying the scent is just distinctively amazing and pleasant to the nose.

Just when you enter, you feel good. The member of staff was lovely, super helpful, and knew his stuff. The scents are unique, well crafted, personal.
