Same experience as the previous reviewer. Awful company. They cancelled my order a couple of hours after I ordered but still took the money out. Then a few days later I received notification that my order was being processed (after I’d purchased the product elsewhere). The telephone number goes to answerphone all the time, they only replied to me when I got PayPal involved and I’m still waiting on the refund. I’d avoid these people.

The worst order ever. Very disappointed.
I have ordered an aftershave Gucci nearly a month ago. No item received. Have emailed and two days later got reply justifying themselves that my item has been lost in the post, refund offered. Unfortunately I haven't got my money back by now. Avoid orders, not respectable company at all. Fake seller.

I chased my order after waiting for nearly 5 days, and they replied with long email message saying that "item has been shipped but it seems it has become delayed or lost in the post". Full of lies, not sure how this company is still running the business online!

This company sells stuff they don't actually have and sell it at the lowest price to entice you to go to their website. Not only that, they also take out your money automatically - I used a foreign card and the refund was $6 less so I am very annoyed. I don't know how this is even legal to charge people for items they don't have.

Me and my family both love its smell. I will be gifting this to my friends too.

One of the worst companies to order with. Can’t actually believe it’s a legitimate company. I ordered something two weeks ago. Still hasn’t arrived. Been trying to call the phone number, probably called about 50 times, no one picks up. I’ve sent them a few emails, no-ones replies to that. I’ve even tried to contact them via the contact form on their website but got no response to that aswell. I’ve literally paid for an item that I haven’t received nor have I had an email regarding my order. They’ve taken my money and I don’t even think there’s any way I can get hold of any of them to either track my package or get my money back. Worst company gave me the worst customer experience.
