The Fragrance Shop

I think some serious self presentation training needs to be imputed here. The team are young, but have attitude they give personal experience on their opinions of perfumes which can put you off buying a fragrance or offend a fragrance you like!
It's important to be natural and friendly and funny but also professional and charming and people come to the fragrance shop to buy not to be put off. They have a lot of their own friends comein and hang around and they talk openly about their personal life. Nice young people that work their but it's like they are left to their own devices and they have become too relaxed and over the top with a lot of their mannerisms and behaviour. I wish them every success but definitely lots of room for improvement.

ZELIKA & CRYSTAL ARE AMAZING!!!! I ended spending £500 by just talking to them !!! DO NOT ENGAGE YOU WILL HAVE TO BUY ONCE THEY SPEAK TO YOU !!! They are just that good. Thank God I had paid my rent 🤣🤣🤣🤣

I don't know if all these stores are the same, but this one in Lewisham shopping centre the staff offer you a membership of some samples of the perfume of your choice every month for 12 pounds the staff collects the money from your account and will tell you that in 2 weeks the perfume sample arrives at your address but that never happens, and when you try to claim nobody knows anything. Be careful!

Worst experience ever spent over £200 and 1st order still not dispatched no one can help you what so ever, you can't even cancel the order explaining my disability did nothing just very unhelpful and cold people, stores never pick up the phone pointless calling Lewisham branch n when u go in staff is a dumb as a box of rocks. Service is totally shocking will never use the fragrance shop again.

The very slight discounts they have on perfumes is not worth the hassle communicating with them as well as the poor presentation they have to some very pricey perfumes. They also straight-on lie about their prices as discounts.
