The Perfume Shop Harrow

The shop is small, but well stocked. I have been a happy customer, until they had a technical fault with their card payment terminal and I was charged twice. Despite showing the member of staff and owner, on my mobile banking app, they refused to refund and instead advised me to wait “one or two days”. Waiting would have not helped, as this would be deemed two consecutive transactions and not flagged up by any payment system provider. Needless to say, I contacted my bank, explained the case and thy sorted it out. I deeply deplore greedy businesses, especially small ones from whom you expect better customer care.

I only popped in for a little look but had one of the best customer services experiences ever. Unfortunately I did not get the young ladies name but her personality and knowledge of the products was fantastic. So good I ended up buying a Tom Ford 😉😉

Got service from the lovely babes got her name down and it was Sam, what a sweet heart. She was so polite and had such good knowledge of the products, she puts her everything in her job and this shows. Loved my gift wrapped Dior Sauvage! Thank you TPS Harrow will come again
