Just bought my grown up son some fragrance from Sutton branch on Sat 24th sept & staff member (short spikey hair) was so helpful, she has great customer service skills & made my purchase easy, she also advised about the NHS discounts so I even saved a little extra on the price. Just wanted to say a big thank you for her help!

Just popped into the Sutton store and was greeted with a friendly and approachable welcome by Tan, Naz and Peyton.
They were very attentive and helpful when it came to choosing fragrances for my scent stick and also for picking out fragrances for my fussy boyfriend! They are so professional, gave great customer service and really looked after me and met mg fragrance needs. Also they were happy with me asking questions and they answered every single one and made me feel so welcome and happy in store. They went above and beyond, I will recommend this store to all my family and friends to shop in after my pleasant and exceptional service given by the team today. I’ll be back in the near future!! Thank you again ladies!!

Very good customer service,I was looking for a perfume Aqua di parma that wasn't in the stock but lady called Tanya recognised the make of it and looked it up on your system to see if it is available,ordered it for me to collect in store and that was a very happy ending 😀

I went there on Wednesday 9th of Feb 22 . The young lady service was absolutely amazing.She was really friendly smiling all the time any questions I asked I get nice and polite answers. I will definitely go back there again x
