The Perfume Shop Bromley

Went into the upstairs shop in the Glades.
Only one lady serving today. There was this very difficult woman being assisted, asking for multiple testers/chopping and changing. I hadn't really been acknowledged. After 15 mins the shop had 8 customers in yet the employee was still giving all her attention to this one difficult customer. 15 minutes later I was finally seen to. All I wanted was to smell a couple of fragrances, could have been in and out in 20 seconds.
I believe the employees name was 'Chloe'
Better customer service skills needed I'm afraid. Many customers left as they were fed up with waiting.

I've been to the downstairs branch in The Glades twice and both times Vicky has gone above and behond to help me. Special mention to Stevie too. Lovely ladies!

There are two Perfume Shops in the Glades. One is located on the first floor and one on the ground floor. Some perfumes can be purchased in one store only. My scent was stocked on the ground floor. The staff were very helpful and cheery. Unfortunately they no longer stock my scent. I was advised to go online but their online store no longer stocks it either.

Amazing and very helpful service. The manager Emma is a genius and really knows all her perfumes and helped me find the perfect gift. First time in the perfume shop and now it’s the only place I will get any gifts. 😊

Got exactly the fragrance I was looking for, with a minimum of fuss. In fact the two women working there were very helpful. The price was the deal clincher.

So helpful and patient. The staff were absolutely lovely. A credit to the company.
