The Fragrance Shop

We visited the Glades store today to inquire about a new perfume.
We were looked after by Fatma the assistant manager.

We had a really good chat about the products. Fatma was very helpful and excellent at dealing with all our questions, she made my wife fell like nothing was too much. She recommended some excellent products and even made sure we got the best deal by buying gift sets with more added value.

I just wanted to say how nice and helpful Ashley was this morning, when I came into the store to buy a gift. She explained In great detail the different prices of the aftershave and she was so knowledgable when it came to knowing the scent for each aftershave. Five ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ for Ashley!

Such friendly staff even when one of the perfumes had not been released they had one at the back as a tester and let me smell it. So helpful and great deals. My favourite shop to purchase my fragrances from

Avoid this shop never give them your email address because they will sign you up for their membership at £15 a year. I bought something and they said they’ll send me the receipt by email and like a fool I gave them my email address next thing I know I’m being charged £15 a year for membership. I called them up they said they would cancel it and refund the money, they never did I had to go through my bank cancel my card and raise a fraud dispute a lot of hassle I don’t need. So my advice is don’t use this shop as they are fraudsters. And the person I spoke to today was totally unhelpful and uncooperative.

Short stumpy girl is so standoffish and rude. She needs customer service training. She was on the phone to her Mum whilst attending to me and didnt have a clue about one of their 'best sellers'. Avoid pls and just order online.
