Sharon and Charlotte were amazing, super friendly, couldn’t ask for better customer service! Helped me out with an online order and got me sorted for my mates birthday just in time. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. I will definitely be back for future purchases and will definitely be shopping in the store rather than online

Well, this is a really nice shop and a very helpful friendly lady helped with our enquiry and gave us a sample of a new perfume I'd heard about. We certainly made a purchase. Very happy.

I received really good customer service in here on Black Friday. Had previously gone to The Perfume Shop, however they were charging over double the price for the perfume I was after. The ladies in the fragrance shop though were able to price match, were happy, friendly and really helpful. Will keep coming back definitely.

The staff here were friendly and helpful. Knowledgeable and took the time to help with looking for a new alternative for ideas for Christmas. Highly recommended :D plus they price match :)

Went in with my daughter who has terrible anxiety she wanted to smell the new Ariana perfume, the girl in the shop was absolutely amazing, she wasn’t pushy at all she let my daughter talk and gave her all the time she needed, It’s been a long time since I see my daughter interacting with someone on that level, we didn’t end up buying as she is really Indecisive however when we left the shop she said I am definitely shopping in there I like it, I usually have to do all of the talking for my daughter but not in there.. thank you for making my heart burst with happiness
