Sell a lung before visiting because nothing costs less than £60 here and that's for a tiny bottle. Other than that, friendly staff, smells good and you can hydrate your hands with the samples for free. Very nice gift wrapping.

Really helpful staff - Georgina helped me choose appropriately from the lime, basil and mandarin range. My friend, who the present was for, was suitably impressed and very grateful. Expensive products, but you get what you pay for!

I am a huge fan of Jo Malone products and so when I came to London, I made sure to get a new bottle of Peony and Blush Suede perfume that was conveniently running out. The lady serving me was incredibly lovely and helpful with also helping me find a hand cream that mixed perfectly with my perfume of choice, and I walked out feeling very satisfied.

First time visit. The staff were extremely helpful and I eventually bought a 5 bottle selection box for a gift. Great way to try the most popular perfumes. Highly recommended.

Went to this Jo Malone store for the first time today and walked out very happy. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful in finding the right perfume or gift set for you. I was served by Sue and she was incredibly nice and patient with me. Will definitely go back to this store!

I went to a Jo Malone store for the first time today - twice! I was helped by Carly. If this is the Jo Malone ethos, then fantastic: professional, knowledgeable, non-pushy, attentive and above all, wants what's best for the customer. I left without purchasing as there was so much choice - and this was under the advice of Carly too. Slightly disappointed not to treat myself today but also relieved that I didn't impulse buy and regret. The scents are divine. I will 100% be buying in the near future.
