Went into store to order perfumes and was advised would be within the week to collect, only to be advised after a number of chasing that the perfumes actually out of stock. Trying to get a refund the store/customer services don’t seem bothered saying I would have to wait 3/4 days, considering I paid cash and have my store receipt I don’t think it’s great service! 😡

Always been very helpful and friendly at this store. It is the place I will always go for perfume.

Got really good bargains today, treated myself with a lovely Polo Blue and my missus with Lancome La vie est belle at really good price..

Conned into signing up for MyTFS at £15 to get discount on the day which then auto-renewed 12 months later. Wouldn't refund even though I contacted them and said I didn't want it.
