So far they have been less than helpful. Asked a simple question about whether stock would be due back in and when, the first response was a clear fob off. Still awaiting a response to the follow up email. A shame really, as I had high hopes for them as a supplier, hopefully things will improve.

As some comments already stated, they avoid responsibility like the plague. Asked for a refund for goods that had not left the warehouse 6 days after I placed and paid for the order. They ignored the request, proceeded to send the goods and blamed me for the goods being delivered late.
