Great attention is paid to each individual to ensure you do all exercises the correct way and push you to work hard while you are being catered to your specific needs.
Sessions are fun and variable, and really gets me out of my comfort zone so I am using muscles I forgot existed!
You get help working on good form for the exercises, and Nick and his team really keep an eye on you so you don't aggravate existing joint problems and whatnot.
It is really obvious that they care in this place; you'll always get great advice and support as you work on achieving your fitness goals.
I'll be staying for a long time. This really has improved how I feel in every day life and I look forward to my 3 sessions a week as I have the most energy after those workouts!
If you're considering trying this out as you're sick of normal gyms, need some guidance in a non-judgemental atmosphere, give the 28 day trial a try! My only warning with it would be that you might get hooked like I did!
Having lived in various destinations around the world, to come back to Loughborough and say I have found the most outstanding gym, personal training and body conditioning experience is quite the statement - but I strongly stand by it!
Nick, Adam & Ellie are not only delightful to work out with, they make all classes fun and full of energy! Their knowledge, passion, expertise and constant personal care and assertiveness set them apart from any other experience.
As if that's not enough, the facilities, cleanliness, space and small classes make this a highly sort after venue.
The APP and booking service is fabulous and makes booking, changing and cancelling classes incredibly easy, with staff checking in with concern of individual welfare if there is a change in attendance. Progress and results are monitored in a relaxed and fun way, ensuring health and wellness are priority. All of these small details make the journey and the experience so much fun :D
Each tiny detail has been well thought out and Nick puts his heart and soul into this business.
My passion for fitness and wellbeing is back with a vengeance and I finally love working out again and look forward to my next sessions.
After having tried many of the options around in the area, if it's a healthy lifestyle, fitness, balance and a beautiful body you are after - This is the place!!! ;)
And I haven't even started with the nutrition resources yet! The motivation is incredible and gets you to your goals. You work in small groups up to 6, with a personal trainer who perfects your technique in detail to make each workout count and be effective as possible. In 45 mins you'll complete warm ups, a full workout and stretches to finish. I love the "in and out" job done for the day but you make new friends and sometimes it's nice to hang around. Nick, the owner, makes great coffee too and often there's extras like fruit, or healthy cool drinks when the weather was really hot. There's tracking devices that make you want to do more, add to the team BTC or if you want, do your own thing, in and outside of the sessions here. I've been going 3 sessions a week and it's sustainable working full time. If you're thinking about it, join now, I'd highly recommend it! 🤩😍🤩
Everyone is so welcoming, the staff are so knowledgeable about everything and no question is a stupid question 😂 the 28 day kick starter programme was a great way to ease myself back into training, taking each day as it comes, pushing myself as much or as little as I needed. Can't recommend them enough 👏🏼✨
Nick and Adam are very knowledgeable and extremely supportive. I love how they are always checking form to ensure we are doing things right and not risking injury. At the same time, they are encouraging and ensure that we push ourselves. I started with the 28 day kick starter programme which is a great way to start but I plan to continue. Every time I leave I have a huge smile on my face and a feeling of achievement! There are few things that will get me out of bed at 5 am but this is it! Can't recommend them enough.
