Absolutely A* personal trainer. I have only been going for three weeks but already I feel more energetic, fitter and have lost an amazing 9lbs. Never enjoyed exercising before but Scott makes every session totally different and is structured around my own level of fitness.
People are already noticing the results I could not be happier!!!

Four PT sessions in and really enjoying it (seriously!). From my initial consultation Scott has listened to everything I've asked for/want to achieve and takes a really honest and realistic approach. No fad diets or unachievable targets there's a long term approach for sustainable results. Each session is different, lots of variety and laughs! Feeling the benefits already. Thank you Scott 💪🏻😃

After 2 months of training, I am getting stronger & fitter everyday! Love starting my day training with either Nixon or Scott! I am gaining muscle & loosing fat! Can't wait for my next session!

A fantastic place to train, all the trainers are friendly yet not shy of working you hard. I am seeing physical results and my energy levels have greatly increased. Also met some lovely people in the classes. I highly recommend!

I have been going to urban bodyfit since it opened last April 2017 and I have lost 16lbs up to now and I feel great, I would recommend anyone that wants to get motivated lose weight and meet some fantastic people to join now you won’t regret it. I wouldn’t have done any of this if it wasn’t for Scott and Nixon working me hard and encouraging me all the way. It is fun but hard work also so join now guys like I did.
