Louis focuses on helping me achieve my goals and continues to make every session challenging (& fun!). I am happy and now more confident with myself. I know that I would never have achieved the level of fitness and wellness I have by myself. My fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more weight training. I look forward to my workouts!
Louis is always encouraging and has such a vast knowledge on his profession. He also helped me with my nutrition so I have an all-round balance of a healthy lifestyle. He is so reliable and punctual. He always ensures that my technique is correct to avoid any injuries.
I would recommend Louis any day! I aim to continue to train and maintain a good level of fitness with his help for a long time to come.

Louis, has been training me for 4 years, I arrived aged 57 years, barely able to walk, climb stairs or get up from the floor. He is patient, assesed my needs, ability and off we went. I improved in strength & ability, but a year on Louis voiced concern that there was no noticeable muscle bulk in my thighs. At Louis recommendation of I went to GP, then neurologist who confirmed what Louis thought 'I have a neurological muscle wasting condition'.

Louis tailored my PT sessions, to develop all the areas that needed attention, not only building up muscle tone, but also my confidence with walking, stairs etc., i can now walk upstairs, stand up unaided from the floor - Yeah, such a sense of freedom.

During these years, Louis has supported me emotionally as we went throught the turmoil of Mum having dementia, constant attention needed from me and the family, so exhausting, let alone getting my head round how the demential effects the person. Mum is now in residential care and happy. During these last 2 years of caring for her, Louis assessed my mental and emotional state as soon as I entered the gym and instantly adapted the session to suit the moment. Which sometimes included going for a walk, getting fresh air or strething breathing exercises. He has been a tower of strength during these times.

I have gone from not liking the idea of going to a gym to being a gym bunny! Louis is a constant source of information, very knowledgeable, he has also sorted out my nutrition to correct any inflammation in my body that will be feeding the muscle wasting condition; Each training session is different, we have a giggle, he doesn't let me get away with anything when he knows I able to do. And the training does not stop after the session, Louis provides individualised plans for continued training between sessions.

He is so supportive. I cannot praise him highly enough.

I have had Louis for over 6 years now and I can honestly say I am the fittest I have ever been. His knowledge and understanding is second to none and our sessions are always varied, fun and motivating

Louis is a fantastic trainer. He has made a massive difference to me after knee replacement surgery it was very difficult at first but soon as I trained with Louis I got stronger every week. He makes it fun but hard great workouts every session is different never boring best trainer ever even my husband loves him .

There are a few things you need from a Personal Trainer. Someone with excellent knowledge and experience; someone who can motivate you; someone who mixes things up and prevents boredom and predicability; and finally someone you can have a good chat with too. Louis is all of the above.
A really great guy with the ability to make you work really hard but at the same time create enjoyable sessions. Won't lie, sometimes I do hate him, but know that he's pushing me to my limits knowing that I've still got it in the tank, and yes, it is occasionally hard work, but you don't improve by doing the same weights and workouts week in week out. Louis throws in lots of variety so you never really know what's coming next.
In 18 months, my strength, agility and fitness have greatly improved all down to Louis' workouts, encouragement and understanding my goals. Already recommended to half my family and would do so to anyone else looking for a first class PT, without a doubt.
