Just love MF Gym. Super friendly and welcoming, excellent set up and Matty helps us to achieve our own individual goals. Indoor and outdoor sessions available. Highly recommended.

I’ve been training with Milestones fitness for over a year. Matt is absolutely brilliant. He really knows his stuff. His sessions are well structured, varied and interesting. His approach is friendly, motivating and enthusiastic. He takes into consideration my preferences and abilities, whilst still ensuring that I work hard and am challenged. I recommend him 100%. I feel physically fitter and have improved technique and form as a result of training with him. Due to his extensive knowledge of physiology and fitness I have never aggravated old injuries, I just continue to feel stronger. I also always feel so much more mentally positive after a PT session.

Fantastic personal training. Highly recommend.

I've been going to Matt & Andy for about 4 months now. I had no real training goal in mind, other than to be able to keep up with my son who is growing up fast & strong. I've been going twice a week; once for strength work with Andy & then another fitness session with Matt. The sessions are excellent - varied and challenging. Matt & Andy also tailor what we do based on what my goals. After 4 months I can jog next to my son as he rides his bike for an hour and still hold him upside down to walk on the ceiling so really seeing the benefits. I would highly recommend Milestone Fitness.

I've been training at Milestones Fitness for 8 months and I absolutely love it. My personal training sessions with Matt are an integral part of my week and I haven't been this committed to consistent exercise in a long time. The sessions are structured so that I always leave feeling a huge sense of achievement whether that be in the bootcamps with Laura or the private training with Matt and Andy. The onus is on getting stronger and fitter in a really fun, approachable and comfortable environment. You are encouraged to realise your potential which has given me confidence in my own ability. Highly recommended.

Absolutely love my sessions at Milestones! I've been coming twice a week now for 8 months and it's the first time I have ever managed to stick at anything! The Personal Training sessions with Matty are always tailored specifically with fantastic facilities and I can't believe how much stronger and fitter I am now. Also massively recommend the Bootcamps! A fantastic outdoor space with great facilities and Laura always keeps us moving and works us hard! Really friendly people - no airs and graces just people working out and having fun with absolutely no judgement! I could not speak more highly of them!

I started training with Andy and I couldn’t be happier with the results. He really knows what he is doing and he will make sure you are comfortable but also push you at the same time to get the results you want. The whole structure and communication from the team is always good and there is always an opportunity to get involved with different classes as well as your own private sessions. I can guarantee after every session you will feel like you have achieved a little bit more each time towards your goal and each session you will see the result whether it be your strength, endurance or physique.

By doing a weekly PT session plus the option to add in a bootcamp session with some friends is encouraging me to hit my goals to fit into my wedding dress 🤣 Matty, Laura and Andy are all amazing, knowledgeable and keep me motivated throughout the sessions. There's no judgement from any if the coaches or fellow classmates, which has put me off gyms in the past. All ages and abilities so I never feel out of my depth or silly 🙂

Been working with Milestones Fitness to help me lose some weight and keep up my strength, Matty has helped me massively in creating fun and enjoyable sessions with exercises based on my helping me reach my goals, every session is varied with different exercises. Highly recommend.
