Nicki and Matt have been brilliant. I have a great nutrition and exercise plan that is helping me achieve my goals of improved fitness and feeling better about myself. The training sessions are varied, which keeps them interesting and the regular check ins from Nicki and Matt keep me motivated. I’m looking forward to continuing working with the Energise team.

Myself and my daughter have been being trained by Matt, Nicki and the team for 18 months. I hated going to the gym. But they have all completely changed that. We both look forward to our sessions and enjoy being challenged far beyond what we would have done on our own at the gym.
No 2 sessions are the same so you never really know what you’re going to do until your there. Which suits us perfectly.
They have always trained us with a healthy approach towards physical training, well-being and our relationship towards food.
We are now both healthier, stronger, happier within ourselves, confident, and more focused.
We both feel we have been “energised”..

I run my third London Marathon this year. Whilst I enjoy running I have a very demanding work life and it is a real challenge for me to jungle marathon training and work. This year, I felt that I needed some professional support to help me with my cardio workouts and also with nutrition. Matt and Nicky were recommended to me by a friend and they were absolutely fantastic. My fitness improved very quickly and with the help of Matt and Nicky I strengthen my leg muscles, develop my cardio endurance and lost that bit of extra weight. Although I am not planning to run another Marathon for the time being , I intend to keep my weekly training with Energise and highly recommend them to anyone.

Nicki has helped me recover from an old arm injury and a new one! I find her professional, warm and very caring. Her background in the NHS is reassuring and her demonstratable competence has resulted in a very real improvement in my well being. I highly recommend Nicki as a sports massage therapist (and as a PT).

I’ve been training with Matt for the past few months. I needed a refresh and new focus on training and Matt has definitely given me that. Training is focused and tough but really enjoyable! Seeing the results already is an added bonus!

I’ve been training with Matt for a couple of months now for a marathon and I cannot recommend him enough. He is exactly what I needed to help me train properly, keep focussed and motivated. He has been super helpful accommodating changes of sessions and ensuring I am keeping to plan when life gets crazy.

We were hoping to find a trainer nearby for my wife and I, that had their own private facilities, and that had plenty of experience. We feel like we've struck gold with Matt and Nicki, can't recommend them enough!

I get plenty of cardio exercise but wanted to work on my diet and body shape but I’ve never been motivated to go to a public gym so signed up with Matt at EPF. The gym is top class, excellent equipment, easy to park and altogether a nice environment. Matt’s knowledge is impressive, I’ve changed my diet and look forward to our sessions, some are all weights and some push me to my limit when we’re fat burning. They’re good fun, nice people and my daughter and nephew also now have private swimming lessons in their indoor pool.
If you are looking for private one on one sessions this is the place.
