I trained at TWPT when I lived in Tunbridge Wells. Great location, space & equipment. Jamie was my PT and he was fantastic - always really flexible with the time we met (willing to have regular “crack of dawn” sessions and an epic Christmas Eve workout). Jamie helped me achieve my goals - toning up and getting much fitter. I felt better, had more energy and was more confident in my appearance as a result. On top of that we always had fun - a very dedicated PT. Thanks Jamie!

All of the TWPT trainers are friendly and approachable, each with his or her own areas of experience and expertise. During your consultation you’ll be allocated to the trainer best suited to achieving your goals.

I always used to be self-conscious about my body shape and overall conditioning. Whilst some of these doubts still exist, my trainer Jamie’s friendly and knowledgeable approach to training gave me the confidence and motivation to push myself to achieve my best. Training 1-2 hours a week, 2 years later I am a lot more comfortable in my own skin.

I have been with Jamie as an online client for a year now and we have one 1-2-1 session a month.
I'm really enjoying training with Jamie, he's struck a great balance between smashing your goals and enjoying a social life without the "guilt" that some coaches can put on you. I have a lot of support from Jamie, not just with training and it's been priceless. The 1-2-1 sessions that we have also add so much value as we're able to focus on things I'm struggling with and Jamie can adjust my training accordingly.
The gym at TWPT is a gorgeous space, too. The other trainers there are so friendly and welcoming, the atmosphere is great!
I really recommend Jamie and TWPT!

I worked with Jamie from TWPT who worked with me for 4 months leading up to my wedding. Jamie gave me great advice about how I can look to lose weight whilst also maintaining the fu social aspects of life. He knows personal training and nutrition inside and out and I would highly recommend TWPT to anyone who is after any change in lifestyle

I have been training with Sam at TWPT for almost 6 years now, I started doing 2 sessions a week and ended up increasing it to 5 sessions a week. Sessions are always varied and never boring and every week I still feel myself getting stronger. I have tried lots of different gyms and exercise classes and have never got the same results as I have at TWPT, by far the best gym in Tunbridge wells. Everyone there is friendly and encouraging and it’s a great atmosphere. Highly recommend.

I’ve PT’d with Jamie for a year now and prior to this, used his online coaching service. Since training with Jamie, I have gained the healthiest relationship I’ve ever had with food, learnt how to truly live a balanced lifestyle, and become stronger/built a lot of confidence with my weight training. Training with Jamie is a non negotiable for me and I really do believe you can’t put a price on your health. The best investment you can make.

Absolutely love my PT sessions with Jamie Wagland. His level of experience and expertise is part of the reason but I also love the atmosphere created in this stylish gym. And Jamie’s zest for life and helping people to be healthier and lead a balanced life is perfect. Thanks TWPT and Jamie for such a great service. My abs and glutes thank you too Jamie!

Jamie is a great trainer and always puts 100% in. I have thoroughly enjoyed training with Jamie and would definitely recommend him (even though his workouts can be brutal). He made me think that everything I was doing was a lifestyle change rather than a quick fix. The plan Jamie gave to me allowed me to still enjoy my life too!
