Kane is a great personal trainer. Adaptable and consistent training plans. Always pushes you to perform at your best and at a level you feel comfortable with. He is always happy to answer questions and follows up with you to ensure you are getting what you need from his sessions. He also gets in touch before sessions to get a feel for what you what want to work on. An all round fantastic gym experience.

I had my first session with Kane the other day and it was extremely insightful. Kane is very personable and detail oriented, demonstrating technique adjustments and recommending better variations of exercises for my body type specifically.

Their input has been very helpful and, applying it to my workouts, I can feel a noticable difference already. 10/10 would recommend Kane for personal training services, I definitely will become a repeat customer

Had my first session with Kane and he was very attentive and knowledgeable. He puts safety first and gives solid advice on correct way to perform exercises. Very patient and listens to clients. Would recommend him.

Had a session with Kane in my first week back at the gym and he was excellent! He explained all the proper ways to use the various machines and helped me find a starting point. Through the session he kept a log of the different weights we were doing and sent them over to me, so that I’d be able to continue on my own - which was really helpful!

Kane was not only incredibly knowledgable but was motivational too. I feel so much more confident about going to the gym by myself now.

The session we had was very useful as an introduction to the gym. It was my first week and Kane helped me understand all the machinery, he took notes during the session on what equipment we'd used and how heavy we'd gone and for how many reps. Any machines I didn't understand he was more than happy to demonstrate. I am now excited to continue coming to the gym and feel alone for confident. Would absolutely recommend to anyone, whether you're new or experienced there's something to get from this session.

First session with Kane today was wonderful, he was great fun to talk to, and made me feel at ease right away.

We went through a couple of exercises tailored for my personal goal. He explained how the machines worked superbly and gave demonstrations too, ensuring that I kept good form and posture. He added what he had shown me to a list, which he sent to me, detailing what we had done (including the machine, weights used and reps).

At the end of the session, during the cool down he went through nutrient measurements (such as Calories, Fat and Protein) and the amount I should have daily, based off of my body weight and goal, even recommending apps to help me stick with it.

Kane was very clearly skilled and knowledgeable, and was great at motivating me, telling me I was doing well throughout and explaining why I may be struggling at points, even mentioning that he had similar experience with the machines.

Kane has definitely boosted my confidence and given me a wide range of work outs to focus on. I couldn't ask for anything more, he was exceptional.

Kane went above and beyond to help me know my way around weight machines in the gym; I was very self conscious about delving into that part even though I have wanted to try out weights for a very long time.

He is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly too, which was great as I was quite anxious about the session, but as soon as he arrived and we got started my anxieties went away!

He made sure I know how to use the equipment properly and helped adapt things for me given my weak hip.

Once we were done, he sent me over what we had done so I can refer back to it for future references.

The session with Kane gave me a lot more confidence in myself, made me feel very motivated and made me feel like I can achieve my goals!

I 100% wholeheartedly recommend Kane. Hopefully I can book another session in the future!
