Roi and his team have made it possible for me to train while still injured. Doing exercises that help promote healing but doesn’t risk making the injury worse. I love to feel the adrenaline buzz of exercising and keeping fit. Roi glows with infectious positivity!!, after the class you feel ready for anything. I love the community feel and everyone is very friendly and welcoming. I can’t speak highly enough of this gym!! Well worth signing up!!

Boom Fitness is the best gym I have been to. The classes are actually fun as well as challenging and you leave with a sense of achievement and looking forward to the next one. The coaches are very knowledgeable and because the classes are intentionally small, the coaches are able to give you all the support and encouragement you need AND they are all lovely. The gym and equipment itself is excellent with everything you need. You get a real community feel at this gym so if you are feeling nervous or reluctant to join, don't be. At Boom Fitness you will get the support you need.

I would highly recommend Boom fitness. Roi and his team are amazing, They are very knowledgeable, helpful and super friendly. I love the variety of classes and found they really worked for me. Boom fitness definitely caters for all ages, fitness levels and goals you will not be disappointed.

Boom Fitness is hands down the best gym I’ve been to. I have never felt more comfortable in a gym. The community of members and coaches is so friendly and supportive, and I can’t fault it in anyway! Every session is in small groups which feels safe and personal and even though it is in groups, every class is tailored to my ability. The gym is done out to an excellent standard, is always clean, and there is plenty of space. There is also a good variety of sessions so retains my interest well and the coaches are really knowledgable. It is a pleasure to be able to train here.

I’ve been coming to Boom for 7 years - I had a short break to have my 3rd child and was initially slightly nervous about returning due to weight gain and general lack of fitness. I shouldn’t have worried at all. Boom is and always has been the most welcoming and supportive of ‘gyms’. The groups are small enough that exercises are tailored to your abilities and you will always be pushed in a gentle and friendly way to achieve your goal. I would and have recommended Boom to anyone who is looking to improve their fitness and nutrition - it is a fun, friendly and supportive environment with such positive outlook.

Been coming to Boom Fitness since it opened and the fact I am still coming and not bored with it is testament to the variety of sessions and equipment it offers. The coaches make each session fun but challenging, are very supportive of your individual needs and it’s great being part of the ‘Boom Community’. Would recommend it to any lady, whatever your level of fitness, as a place to come to experience what proper support, encouragement and small class training is all about.

My friend recommended Boom Fitness to me after I had been debating whether or not to join a gym for a while. I was pretty nervous as I hadn't been to a gym in a long time and was worried I would look completely out of place but she couldn't think of a bad word to say about it and now I can see why. Roi and the team are incredibly welcoming and supportive. The gym is women only and caters for every age, size and fitness level and has a brilliant range of small group classes. Before Boom, I wouldn't have considered a sense of community at a gym as a high priority (I've never been a team sports kinda person), but honestly being surrounded by kind and caring people has made such a difference for my motivation and I would never recommend joining a typical gym again. If you want accountability without the shame and judgement and expert trainers who understand how to challenge you without making you feel inadequate, then Boom Fitness is the place for you

Excellent experience! A motivating and friendly environment makes it easier to keep going. Everyone is very welcoming. I love that classes are small, as there is a more individual approach to the coaching. And it’s also refreshing that if you start to miss a few sessions, Head Coach will follow up with you! Clearly, the gym places the customer’s needs first. Brilliant.
