I have been training with Lea for over 4 years now. Lea is extremely professional, has a real interest in women’s health and always adapts her sessions based on my specific needs (which might change along the way!). She was also my best ally during my 3rd pregnancy and made me strong for my planned c-section which was key to my fast recovery. I could not recommend her more, Lea is amazing!
Lea is a great PT, who gives me focussed training. She has helped me improve my exercise technique, form & breathing.
It’s also a bonus that she is super friendly, easy to talk to & keeps me motivated when working out!
The studio is clean and has all the equipment needed for fun, constantly changing workouts keeping things fresh and fun.
Lea is a friendly face and has made me want to get up at 6.30am and put my exercise gear on, something I never wanted to do in the past. Lea adapts sessions, focussing on my needs whilst keeping them interesting. We have good chats and Lea gives great nutrition and lifestyle advice at the same time. The space is just right for 1 to 1 sessions and is well equipped.
I am a slow work in progress but we are getting there gradually. Thanks Lea !
