CHECK THEM OUT! I've been using Imperium for over a year now, and it's been great to keep me motivated and engaged with exercise. I've had gym memberships that cost more without any of the guidance and end up not using it. Having the book in sessions available each day and training alone with a PT mean you keep to a plan and see the rewards much quicker!! :D

I joined up to get Tough Mudder ready...three Tough Mudders later I'm still here! I love the programming and the community feel of a small local gym. My son has just started on the Junior Program and I'm really pleased that he will start his fitness journey with correct form and safe practices.

Very good local gym, the small group formatting is great as you get a little competitive push, having others working out along side you, while still having a personal program and personal interaction from the trainers. Over the years I’ve been a member of all of the big commercial gyms in the area, but haven’t got half as much out of them as I have with Imperium.

Be motivated, while enjoying your sessions! Enrol now. 😉

Great small group training gym with each session having 3-4 people max. Good structure with a focus on form and Dan the owner is very friendly and takes account of individual needs/requirements. Highly recommend for someone who wants to do structured training in a friendly environment.

Great friendly local gym with really good quality equipment and coaching. I would recommend it and have recommended already to a lot of people.
