I’ve been training weekly with Dougie for 4-5 weeks now and it’s the best decision I’ve made in a long time. After developing bad anxiety and agoraphobia throughout the pandemic, working with Dougie has brought back my confidence in ways I couldn’t have anticipated. He is an expert in his field and is super encouraging, whilst also being refreshingly down-to-earth and relatable. I couldn’t be happier with my PT sessions and I’m excited to continue my fitness journey with him!

Couldn't recommend Dougie enough! Saw results in a matter of weeks, based on work in and out of the gym. A PT that finally gives well rounded advice and explains the reasons why we're doing what we're doing, rather than just setting a plan that isn't tailored to you. I've only just started but excited to keep going!

Working with a PT has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health and well-being, and I’m so glad I was recommended to Dougie. He is a great PT and I’m feeling so much stronger and fitter than I was at the beginning of this year. For anyone thinking of working with a PT I would say DO IT!

I started training with Dougie because I was clueless about how to structure my workouts and how to increase the intensity over time. I also wanted some guidance with nutrition.

Since training with Dougie my strength has improved incrementally and - equally importantly - I am far more confident and relaxed in the gym.

Dougie is extremely professional and knowledgable but also friendly and encouraging and keeps the workouts varied and tailored to your goals.

I would recommend Dougie to anyone who is looking for some inspiration, structure and support in their training.

I've been training with Dougie for 3.5 months now. He's helped me build back confidence in lifting weights after 2 years without doing so. He keeps the sessions varied, fun and leaves me wanting to progress further. He's also introduced me to new exercises and he's even made cardio something I don't dread! His advice on nutrition and making sustainable, realistic changes have been great. I feel stronger, fitter and healthier - and it's been great for my overall well-being. What really helps is that he's easy to get along with, friendly and listens. He's communicative, personable and organised. I'm grateful to Dougie for his guidance and support and am looking forward to carrying on training with him!

Contacted Dougie as I needed a push to get back to strength training after a long term injury. We worked together to find the best possible solutions for me to train without making my pain worse. Over the weeks I have seen myself becoming stronger again. Dougie has very good knowledge and highly recommended. I will be booking him again soon 🙂

The best personal trainer in London. Dougie will make you feel like you can actually conquer the fear of getting into better shape! He is amazingly knowledgable on both the physical and mental aspects to success and progress in relation to your physical wellness. His equipment is always clean, in good shape and he follows up regularly to keep you motivated. Would recommend with no hesitation. Book in with him (just don’t take my time slot! Haha)

If you want to make a change, invest in yourself and need inspiration then I cannot recommend Dougie enough.
My partner & I have had couples PT sessions with Dougie and its really paid off, we are both losing weight, toning up, getting stronger and our confidence has grown in the gym and in our daily lives.
I'm an anxious person but my stress levels have been reduced and I'm not as fraught as when I started.
Dougie is patient, understanding and has a wealth of knowledge to share; for anyone who is needing that push then Dougie is your man!
