I love this place! I'm 4 weeks into my new training program with Sara and I can feel and see results already. I love the fact that Sara varies my workouts each time and she's really motivating and encouraging. Quay fitness is just what I've been looking for!

Sara is an incredibly skilled and intuitive Personal Trainer. Session content and length can be adapted to suit your needs. Working towards short-term and long-term goals with Sara helps me. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Sara is a fantastic PT, she has been instrumental in helping my achieve my weight loss goals and being free of diabetic medication. Her massage skills are second to none and I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Sara is an amazing 1-1 (Or bigger during zoom sessions) personal trainer and a fact stick hands on massage therapist. She’s unknotted me now more times than I can or ever over the last 3 years where an old injury saw a reoccurring problem. It’s super to be able to return. Thank you Sara
