In the last four months, Jag has not only helped me to achieve some of my personal fitness goals but also has. helped me to built my confidence and resilience so I am able to challenge myself at the gym. I am sure that his holistic approach which is based on his knowledge, experience and empathy can help anyone to become a fitter, healtier and happier self. It worked for me! Jag is great at tailoring individual training and finding the balance between enjoyable and challenging. He simply keeps you motivated throughout the session whether it is kick boxing or strength training. I can't recommend him enough!

Excellent trainer who is extremely knowledgeable on anatomy and best practices for each exercise. Great at motivating and truly cares about the specific goals and needs of each client.

I came to Jag wanting to get stronger and get more confident in the gym. Jag has been amazing, pushes you when you need to and tailors each session to you. Hes incredibly knowledgeable takes the time to understand any difficulties your body might be showing. He’s taught me so much that I can now confidently and independently continue my fitness journey. I’ve had the pleasure to have Jag as a personal trainer for over 4 months and I can honestly say from a physical perspective as well as a knowledge point of view I have thoroughly enjoyed my time training with him.

Not only have I always found him to be clear in his communications and methodology behind what he teaches, he also cares about his clients welfare and how they personally doing in their own life.

I couldn’t recommend him any higher if I tried, a real joy to work with.

I have no words to describe how good jag is at what he does! I have been doing Olympic weightlifting with Jag, and the results are brilliant. I am so much stronger, happier and constantly challenged.
I would recommend jag to anyone, whether your goal is to lose weight, build muscle, learn kickboxing or weightlifting or just improve your health.

I’ve had Jag as a personal trainer, learning Olympic Weightlifting, for almost 2 years now (with Covid break!) and have found him to be very knowledgable with a great, accommodating approach. He is very personable and strives to continually improve and pass on all his knowledge and skills. Highly recommended.
