Excellent postnatal classes for mothers, with a strong focus on rehab work for the core as well as full body strength and conditioning. Each new client is taken through a thorough postnatal assessment which not only provides the client with valuable information but also enables the coaches to adapt the workouts for each mum where necessary. Not a lot of places do this and it demonstrates their high level of care and expertise. The option to bring my baby with me has been a lifesaver and enabled me to train on many occasions when I otherwise wouldn't have been able to. Highly recommend and can't wait to try their other classes!

I've been training at Synergy on and off for about 8 years. The coaching is absolutely second to none; their expertise and commitment to the well-being of their clients is first class. When the pandemic hit, their pivot to online classes was tremendously well done, and I still use those classes now. The team is warm, friendly, accommodating, and supportive. They know about, and look out for, each member's particular physical issue, and will offer adjusted exercises accordingly.
I can't praise this team highly enough.

The Synergy Team have completely transformed the way I feel about exercise - everybody in the classes are so friendly, there is no judgement and there is a complete mix of ages, genders and abilities.

The team is so knowledgeable and there is the perfect balance of pushing you for progression but allowing space for injury, ability and even if you are just having a bad day!

The post natal classes are an absolute must for anybody who’s had a baby - whether that’s 3 months or 3 years ago and I always felt completely safe and in great hands as the trainers are all qualified in post natal.

The classes at Synergy are brilliant. The trainers are incredibly supportive and always help you complete the workouts in a way that suits your specific needs. The classes are always fun and the activities varied. Would highly recommend Synergy for people at all levels of fitness.

A friend recommended the postnatal classes at Synergy to me after I had my second baby. The knowledge about postnatal bodies was fantastic in the classes and I still got a demanding workout. I’ve discovered a love of exercise that I never had before and Synergy have been a massive part of that, especially keeping me active during lockdown. I love their strong camps and there’s a wonderful sense of community at the gym. I can’t recommend them enough.

I attend classes regularly at Synergy and tomorrow will be day 5 of boot camp. They are an amazing mix of strength, cardio, inclusive and great fun. Classes are run by very knowledgeable and supportive trainers and I would highly recommend to anyone who is interested in developing and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Thanks Synergy

I absolutely love Synergy and it wouldn't be an exaggeration to say that Sarra has saved my life. She works holistically with me, helping me to understand my body and how it works. Sarra has got me thinking not just about my fitness, but about my overall lifestyle, and how stress and the types of food I eat impact my body. With her help I found myself losing over 2 stone in weight and getting fitter in years. I've had advice on everything from HRT to massage! I have set backs like we all do, but there is always a positive energy that you can come back and I've stuck with it where other gyms and training routines have been harder. It's a really inclusive place: lots of women, older people, pregnant mums, and sometimes whole families attend. The other trainers (Magda and Katalin) are also excellent and very knowledgeable. Their classes are in person or online so you can set yourself a weekly routine - Strong Camp and Roll (foam roller!) & Stretch are my two favourites. It's the best!

Superb attentive coaches, superb venue, highly recommended.

The group classes are very motivating - I had never done any weight training before I came to the Strong Camp classes at Synergy, and the very patient coaches have helped me gain the skills to really benefit from this type of exercise.
