I'm an experienced gym-goer. I've been going for over 10 years, but after a cancer diagnosis in 2020 I needed to get back in shape. Working with Will, I didn't think I had much to learn, and just wanted the motivation, but the whole experience has been extremely eye-opening, and very effective. Will got me working harder then I ever have before, and tailored our sessions around the damage the cancer done. I feel so much better about my physical state now. All the staff are friendly, and the gym is clean and modern. Would highly recommend if you're willing to put the work in

I've been training at The Cut (with Steve) for over a year. I feel fitter and healthier than I've ever been - I reached my target within the initial 12-week program, and stayed on to progress as my goals and abilities have evolved. I feel that everyone is invested in helping you achieve what you want, whether it's losing fat or building muscle, and the team keeps you accountable to yourself in a friendly and supportive way. The workouts are tailored to push me to get stronger and fitter, the nutritional advice is realistic and helpful, and the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. I cannot recommend Steve and the team more highly.

The Cut is a really nice space to train in and all the team are super friendly with a positive culture and vibe to get to your results!

I have been training at the Cut since last year and the whole team provide a top quality personal training service in a well-equipped gym. The location at the city is super convenient and there is a friendly atmosphere every time.

Will, my regular trainer, is fantastic! Will's knowledge of fitness, nutritional guidance and his friendly and enthusiastic approach make our sessions always interesting and fun. I look forward to training twice a week. If you're looking for a highly professional tailored fit programme the Cut might be exactly what you need. Highly recommend Will and the whole team!

Excellent Team with a super supportive mentality which empower and motivate you to achieve your goals. They provide weekly support and guidance on developing sustainable habits to achieve your goals, and they challenge you session by session to improve without being too pushy. The gym is well equipped, the schedule is flexible and the team is incredibly friendly and collegiate. Steve has done an amazing job developing the gym and the culture and Tim has been a great trainer helping me achieve a significant physical transformation. Can't say enough good things about this place.

Great gym, great PT, great equipment.

Steve, the owner, is one of the friendliest and welcoming people in the industry. I train with Ollie and he is really good at pushing but with safety in mind.

I recently came off a few injuries and spine surgery + stomach surgery. Even still - in 12 weeks of training I lost 12.6kg and increased the amount I could lift/squat by tens of lbs etc.

The motivation, know how of the trainers, follow up and tracking of food (+ the free protein shakes) made it possible. I am still a bit away from my goals - covid and city work did a number - but have had more compliments from colleagues, friends, and family in the 12 weeks of training at the Cut Gym than I had after 10 months of gyming on my own before then.

Really good times on offer for city workers with long hours. Very flexible too!

Very much recommend. Seriously, if you are thinking about it - DO IT. You will not regret it.

I've been training at The Cut since last summer and it's been a great experience. The whole team is friendly and the gym is a really supportive environment. Rob has been great at pushing me when I need it but also knowing when work/life means we need to take things a bit more slowly.

Great gym with fun and sociable atmosphere, although the trainers are not shy to push you hard in the meanwhile! I have struggled with maintaining a fitness routine in the past, but my trainer Ollie has totally changed that with his supportive approach. Joining the Cut was the best fitness decision I've made in the last few years, would highly recommend.
