Very much enjoy training here. It’s a highly functional gym for people who just want to work hard and have a laugh with some nice, non-judgmental, likeminded people. It’s great for people who have maybe felt nervous about joining a gym before (like me). The classes are great and the equipment is all brand new with knowledgeable, friendly instructors who will show you how to use everything. Women’s changing facilities could do with some better hair dryers or at least get some plugs in there so you can plug in your own equipment. Not ideal if getting sweaty and going onto work after.

I would highly recommend using this Clash-fit. Joe & Jin are extremely friendly , experienced & knowledgable trainers who always drive and push you, ensuring you are always improving week on week. It’s a great setup with all the benefits of personal training in a small group - where the trainers really focus on you and your goals.

The sessions are always great fun and I always look forward to see what workout they have lined up as they always vary!
Such a difference to working out in a busy gym where you have little or no guidance.

The PTs are so friendly, helpful and welcoming whatever your fitness goal or ability is, there is a great variety of different workouts every week so you never get bored of the same style of training. Up to date equipment, clean and covid safe environment which is so important during the current climate.

The trainers focus one to one in the small sessions so you feel a personal focus and confidence on form, delivery and progression (ensuring that your safety and personal ability is taken into account whilst training) so you’re getting the most out of your session.. which is a massive benefit rather than loads of you in a class.

They offer a 7 day free trial so you can try before you commit to a membership. Plus it’s really reasonably priced for the high level of professional training you are given. The session timetable is flexible offering both early morning/late nights, with really good female changing room facilities!
I can’t recommend Jin&Joe enough, such a friendly, professional and fun environment to train in! Thanks guys!

Great session with knowledgeable and friendly staff. Gym is generally quieter than most of the popular ones and less intimidating as a woman using weights for the first time!

Great 1-1 approach group classes with professional trainers and good facilities. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for knowledgeable and friendly trainers to help their fitness journey!

I was looking for local gym with group classes to train! I found Clash fit! The concept of PT and smaller group classes is a great combo. The strength sessions focuses on posture form as well as building the strength to lift heavy! Condition classes are challenge and test you mentally as well as physically! Its great place to workout and with experienced coaches. Definitely recommend

This is a great place to come and train. The Clashfit classes are fantastic, enabling you to learn how to lift safely and effectively and have some fun at the same time! The instructors are all top lads as well, friendly, approachable and most importantly, knowledgeable. Shout out to Jin, Lewis and Noe!
