I trained with Chris on and off for a couple of years and cannot say enough how professional and motivated he was.... and trust me, I must have tested his patience with my feeble attempts on many occasions! He never gave up on me and I really felt and looked a lot better for all the hard work he put me through. Having initially set up individual training plans for both my wife and I Chris came to our home twice a week for 6 weeks. He obviously tailored our routines according to our then current fitness, mobility and aims. He proved to be an excellent coach, patient yet firm and together he taught us many different methods and strategies to improve our flexibility, suppleness and motivation that we should be able to continue going forward.

We both felt that the sessions were enjoyable and beneficial to our health and wellbeing and would not hesitate to recommend Fitness at Home with Chris as a viable alternative to a gym membership for individual training in the comfort and privacy of ones own home.

We would certainly call on him again should we feel the need for further help.

I really recommend Chris to anyone who is inexperienced or insecure with exercising but wants to get fit. He is a genuine bloke who instantly makes you feel relaxed with his calm and patient approach to every session.
