James is a great motivator when it comes to helping me work out! I really struggle with motivation but he's so positive and always pushes me to achieve my goal. He's very professional and and caters to your needs. He has a great selection of gym equipment available and makes custom workouts to help you work on certain areas! 10/10 would recommend.

I could not be happier with such a great and personal service from James, each session (at the moment via Skype only) is tailored to my needs and abilities. He keeps my motivation up and is always willing to skip the exercise I necessarily do not like...or alter the ones I am not that good at ....he keeps on saying though...practice makes perfect?!
