MJ Backhouse Pest Control

Had some great feedback from some clients regarding M J Backhouse for a job i had asked them to do. The issue was dealt with promptly with great communication which has been appreciated by myself,and the clients. and they could not be happier with the fast results. looking forward to working with them in the future, its nice to receive good feedback for a contractors.

Fantastic Service – Came and sorted a Rat flap for us at short notce and cant fault the service. Really helpful, took the time to discuss the options, gave come broader recommendations. A cut above the other pest controllers I’ve dealt with.

When came to view property said he would just do the box room too while he was there - seemed friendly and really nice. After he left then a lady rang to say we were getting charged extra £50 for the small room he had offered to do. Wasn't what was expected - he had said he'd do it while there and was a favour. Came back for second visit which wasn't required anyway - but despite not doing anything else still chase for the extra £50 and didnt reply to my complaint on the matter. Just a bit of a rip off

I had a major problem with wasps literally "swarming" into my apartment ! - I had been stung and was suffering a very painful adverse reaction needing anti histamine - Darren and Tom from M J Backhouse Pest Control arrived within hours of being called - they were both polite and courteous throughout their visit - they were extremely professional in every respect - they were extremely knowledgeable and gave full explanations as to the process they were to follow - as far as using any contractor of any sort this was one of the best I have ever experienced and I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this family business - credit where credit is due - simply excellent - thanks to them - I'm now wasp free - Utopia !

Would highly recommend, they responded quickly and were very professional. The engineer even checked my drains outside to rule out any access points. Poison was placed and after 2 days the noises in the loft stopped. 2more check visits confirmed we were clear. Great service & very helpful !!!

Terrible company. They are responsible for the netting that has trapped a perigrine falcon twice at Leeds University. This has caused the fire service to be called out both times to free the bird.

Really great service and a fantastic result! Our pigeons have moved away.
Darren is professional and yet friendly and he tells it how it is. He scaled those ladders so well and the job was completed in 2 hours.

They got straight on with the job. Cleaned all the pigeon mess too. No more pigeons under my solar panels and no more droppings in my garden. Highly recommend this man.
