My company called Shield out to quote and assess a major problem we were having with pigeon and other feral birds. This was impacting our customer feedback and brand so it critical we removed the problem. Shield have a dedicated Bird Team who were quite frankly excellent from start to finish. They resolved the issue at a very reasonable price and their customers service was outstanding. I would fully recommend them and its no wonder they hold the Royal Warrant for HM the Queen - great to see a British company doing so well and providing such great service

Fantastic service and price! We had a huge ant infestation in the garden which we had tried to control over 2 summers with shop-bought spray but this year it wasn't enough! We call in Shield and they were here within days and with one treatment, all of the ants have gone - and we were told it was a big job s may need two. I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good pest controller. I've heard they rat catch for the Queen too so they are the best of the best!

From the initial enquiry, through to the call out and total service they were incredibly efficient and I would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone who wants to get rid of their pest issues. I’ve used them for my business locations many times and they continually deliver.

The service received by Shield Pest Control was professional and prompt. The price that I was charged was fair and the technician was helpful, friendly and insightful. I will definitely be recommending this company to friends and family should they require pest control services.

At this point my comments are purely to highlight that one should not need to encourage staff to write false reviews to increase its standings; this should purely be based upon services and honest reviews from customers. As an ex employee I can confirm that a number of the reviews for this company are from staff members and friends of the owner Mr Daniel Steward who I hasten to add have not used the services of this company.

I paid for Shield Pest Control to complete two visits to spray for moths. Unfortunately the service they provided did not solve the problem so I can’t recommend them. For context it was a minor moth issue that should have been sorted with this level of treatment. They also did not show up for the second scheduled visit despite saying they had come and it took a lot of back and fourth emails for them to actually come. A disappointing experience all around given that I had given them the option to put it right by providing the feedback directly before writing this review.

We recently had a mouse infestation throughout our house. I found Shield Pest Control online and spoke directly to their MD - Daniel Steward. I liked their approach to assessing the issue and systematically removing the problem. They have been great to deal with, good value and definitely experts in what they do. I would strongly recommend Shield if you have any pest issues at home or at work - such a relief to be mouse free!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY

Called to my property by my landlord when I saw a mouse in my property. Shield put down boxes with bait. Attended 3 times in which they said I no longer have mice as their boxes NEVER got touched by the mice. I also placed my own bait around the property which the mice WAS eating..

My final Shield visit was last week which they advised the problem was sorted.. anyway 2 days later I’ve got a dead mouse in my front room. So I did have mice and STILL have mice
